Bearings designed to run along TBAR

Hi All,

Any thoughts about these linear bearings (I know the size is wrong) but these seem to run along the TBAR aluminium itself.

Thoughts?

The 8020 truck came to where I work. It has just about every single piece of 8020 hardware used somehow.

Anyway they had these bearings. They are very sloppy and unusable for any CNC application. They might be used for a drawer or shelf slide. I think Misumi has something similar. They also have roller versions for more load and less friction, but equally sloppy.

+1 to what Bdring said.

Keep in mind that when using those bearings in linear motion applications, that slop can also turn into friction.

Ive actually got some of those bearings for 15 series extrusions if you’re interested. ;)
