Taping Night

Reading instructions and, 40 minutes taping the Misumi extrusions for the LAZZOR feet.
Building the main frame
Posted: Sun Aug 28, 2011 8:59 pmBuilt almost the entire main frame today stoped at the last two extrusions because I went out of 10mm M5 screws 
I wull buy some more tomorrow.
By the way, I am replacing all steel screws by stainless steel ones, it will avoid rusting, due to high humidity here.
So far so good, enjoying the build

Expanding honeycomb, attached first combs to plywood with T-pins and started to expand it with my hands(bare ! do not do this.), do it nice and slow, it is hard to make the combs perfect.
CAUTION: USE GLOVES TO PROTECT YOUR HANDS, IT CUTS BADLY AND CAN SERIOUSLY INJURY YOUR HANDS
Place table on top of expanded honeycomb and cut it slightly bigger than the inner dimension of the table
I used aluminum corners (5) attached to the bottom of the table to support honeycomb
Table ready
