faulty epoxy?

Postby JValliere » Thu Jan 09, 2014 4:26 pm

Anyone else had the coolant loop on the exit end of the 40w tube de-bond? Coolant temps are in check-as is actual coolant flow, runs at 15mA...
About ready to unload this and call it quits....

Just following everyone else's lead.

...Strike that...We are supposed to be here to HELP ONE ANOTHER...here's a little insight on this repair.

I found that a good quality two part epoxy will repair this issue, however, I stress that it does not take much epoxy. In my efforts to repair mine, the epoxy seeped slightly onto the lens and has limited the lasers power.

Again...it DOES NOT TAKE MUCH epoxy to reattach the cooling loop back to the lens.
