I STRONGLY advise anyone considering this to check out the various threads related to this company on http://forums.reprap.org/

It is possible that they have changed their ways, but fwiw I bought my original kit from them. The quality of the plastic parts they shipped me was abysmal, totally unusable. Their customer support was useless. It was a very expensive lesson for me. After over six months of attempting to get satisfaction I finally gave up on them.
