Wanted: metal parts for 2.x laser

I am looking to get a set of metal parts for the laser. Does anyone have some I could buy?

This site seems very dead. Almost zero responses to my threads after several weeks. Is there other good laser forums for general questions? I'm building a 2.x right now and have the frame done but have a few loose ends.

Hi,

I have been watching the forum for a while and the metal parts kits are as scarce as chicken teeth. I decided to source it myself. I had the gantry end plates and laser carrier laser cut from 3mm Ali and formed by a company that does metal laser cutting. I had to develop the 3d files on the drawings page back into flat dxf files for the laser cutting. The came out alright and everything fitted nicely.

I then made the z lift plates from acrylic viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2056#p19530

If you don't mind me asking, what company did you use, and how much did all the parts cost to make. Those gantry pats have stalled the construction of my laser for months. It would be nice to get the parts made as no one is selling them.

I have the gantry ends and the the HDPE parts that I am willing to sell.
The part numbers are:
B17033 Electronics Module Gusset Qty 2
B17011 Cover Stop Qty 1
B30044 Tube Support Assembly Qty 2
C30001-013 Gantry End Left Qty 1
C30001-014 Gantry End Right Qty 1

I will also throw in a partial set of the rest of the custom parts cut in acrylic.
They are not made very well (some of the circles are not round) but may be salvageable. (I didn't make them)

I am asking $75.00 for everything shipping included in the lower 48.
