Update:

Parts are delayed because of the amount of winter and the lack of electricity in the area. Suppose I should spend time with the girlfriend tomorrow too...

What I have received are the material and cutting costs for the gantry ends, lens carriage plate, and z table lifting plates. Based on these, I estimate a final price at around +/-$60 for this set (gantry ends still need to be bent). Both of the shops I am using have no minimum order quantity. Hoping to see them this weekend or early next week.

I finally received my bent parts today for the 2.x. The cutting is dead on within 0.001". The critical dimensions for the gantry bends came back .050"-.060" off at worst, .007" off at best. Overall, I think that they turned out pretty well.

If anyone wants me to source them these parts, let me know. With what I have paid, plus a little gas money, and a cut for Bart the price for the following would be $60 plus shipping. All are mill finish:

Left Gantry End
Right Gantry End
Lens Carriage Plate
Z Table Lift Plate (x4)

I also had three (3) Hadron printer sets made if anyone is interested in them. $90 plus shipping. Mill finish
