I bought a couple for aluminum machining. They were $22 each. At the same time I purchased a similar single flute aluminum cutting bit in a quantity of 10 for $21 on ebay. The bits from ebay actually out-performed the bits costing ten times more. I also ordered a few bits from precise bits. For my purpose (aluminum), nothing beats the ebay deal.

Yes, the precise bits are not made for aluminum, but they did work for me. I started buying from them for PCB isolation routing. I have a 0.010" end mill for that.

Single flute is best for aluminum if you have a high speed spindle, like most of us wood router people use. Otherwise, the aluminum just gets gummy....no decent chips.
