That's going to be hard to find.

The design could be tweaked to fit a longer or shorter belt pretty easily.

Does anyone have a good source for larger looped MXL Belt? I'm scaling up and need something larger, but haven't had much luck since Econobelt went out of business.

Last time I checked McMaster had one at 77"

The closing of Econobelt was a real loss, I don't see anyone providing the breadth of sizes they did.

Three thoughts:
I'm not sure where this 64" belt gets used, but how bad would it be to cut the right length from stock? Many suppliers now sell the clamp blocks for MXL belt.

Some manufacturers (Mectrol before they were bought by Gates) would "weld" belt ends together and supply whatever length you wanted. Is Brec-o-flex still in business? They might do it.

Don't forget to look at Stock Drive Products. Not only in the timing belt category but also in the TruMotion category (separate listing). TruMotion MXL belts are pretty good. I like the Kevlar/polyurethane belts SDP has. I have projects that have been running on the same belt for almost 20 years. I am a bit more concerned over the longevity of the TruMotion belts. The belt has fiberglass versus Kevlar cords and the back of the belt attracts dust and dirt like neoprene does without the standard black coloring to fall back on. The TruMotion belts are white and if you drop them on the floor they are dust and dirt magnets. Speaking from experience here!

I need a belt that's about an 87 inch loop. I'm not having much luck with anything all that close. I've found the 77 inch belt from McMaster and a 95 inch belt from SDP. The McMaster is Urethane with Kevlar so I may go that route if I can't find anything closer to 87. Has any one adjusted the alignment of the Z-Axis motor to use a shorter or longer belt?

This belt is used for the z axis or table lift. It will probably make a few trips around raising or lowering the table, and for sure will pass around a few pulleys, so the clamps might not work so well. I will probably make some changes to use a different diameter GT2 or XL belt.

You could use a larger belt and add a tensioning idler pulley to take out the slack.

I got mine from Econobelt as listed in the BOM. It did take them 7 weeks to ship though.
