I needed a bunch of little sandpaper disks to remove perfectly round patches of paint for a job at work. The diameter is 1.43" with a 3/8" circle in the middle. They were using scissors to make them. I made 25 in 3 minutes.
Sand paper cuts pretty well. There are lots of tiny sparks from the exploding grit. This could be used to make some cool none skid graphics for skateboards. The only problem was it stinks like burning hair. I cut from the backside, but it was only a guess on that.
