From http://us.misumi-ec.com/
Click the "Quote" button.
Click "Copy & Paste from Excel" Importing from a file did not work for me.
Drop in the text.
Click "Yes" for "The file has a header row".
Click "Comma" for "Delimiter".
Click "Import"
Click "Import" again.

Now you don't have to type in all those numbers.

I hope it's accurate because this is what I bought today.
$234.36 before taxes and shipping.

I see that McMaster Carr has a place to paste in your order. Has anybody setup that list?

What stepper driver are you using?

I am using Bart's 4 axis driver board with pololu stepper drivers on 8X microstepping

Thanks.

Pan head or socket head?

I was placing my McMaster Carr order just now, and I noticed a discrepancy.

Item SHMSM545S has a description of "Pan Head Mach Screw M5 x 45mm". That's what it says in SpacedCowboy's BOM and in Bart's BOM and shopping list. But the McMaster part number is for a pack of socket head screws. Furthermore, on Bart's drawing, C30001-020, rev 6, it's listed as a socket head, and the drawing shows a socket head. And I might even guess that "SHMSM545S" is short for "SOCKET Head Machine Screw M5 45mm [Something - steel?]".

So I think socket head is correct. I also think the discrepancy does not really matter -- either head would work. (-: Nonetheless, details is details.

SHMSM545S is a socket head screw. I update the description.

Heads up with regard to the 3-axis for LO.

Marco posted on the LO forum that it's not recommended to use the 3-axis controller with their DSP.

http://www.lightobject.info/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1294

Actually I don't recommend to use TB6560 3axis or 4axis for the DSP. It's a little complicate to do wiring. Plus, overall performance isn't good as a single axis stepping motor with fine resolution and controlling. This board is not the same as the Bart's 4 axis card where I guess he layout all the pins direct to the connection terminal.

He recommends separate steppers motor drivers.

I'm learning this the hard way with the 4-axis controller. Has anyone here used any of the LO 3-axis/4-axis controllers with the DSP successfully?

I have used some of those controllers for other thing and I really don't recommend them for anything. The motors run loud and rough with some missed or extra steps.

Well, I know they are not the cheapest, but the Geckos or even the Keling DSP drivers are awfully nice.
