I hope to produce some new kits very soon. I may be converting the some of the 1/4" bore bearings to flanged bearings. I have some due here shortly. They might make my fabrication easier and make a better design. I would supply them as part of the kit. it should have little impact on the cost because a bought a passel of them.

I finally got the bearings. They were stuck in customs and DHL for almost 2 weeks. I did a little test batch and I think they will work fine. This will save me a lot of time.



I should be able to get some kits done in the next week.

There are (3) kits in the store. They come with the free Inventables.com sample kit and $25 gift certificate. They also have flange bearings pre-installed in the (7) Z bearing brackets.

Thanks Bart, grabbed one also. I'm still interested in skins if you find time. Also, I just went backed and looked at this kit. I bought your "metal parts" kit at the end of last year so guessing I have duplicates of those pieces? As always thanks for the hard work

I've been looking for kits in all the wrong places here in the forum. I was looking early Sunday Morning and found nothing.
And today all kits are gone? Monday (worked Sunday 'till late). Can anyone suggest a REASONABLE machine shop in the Tampa Bay area (or anywhere else for that matter)? I have had absolutely no luck in finding someone to fabricate the metal parts.

My first 2.x is complete except for the skins and cover.
I am trying to decide whether to fabricate the skins and cover myself or wait for them to become available.
Either way is fine, but if the skins will be available in the next month, I prefer to buy them.
