What's easiest way to stop carriages from falling off track.

Sorry,
I have this horizontal carriage and wooden plate combination riding on makerslide.

It can be manually moved (by hand) on the track but want to make sure those carriage wheels dont flip off the track and the end of its travel. Could put a buffer at end of track?.. or could I add a bolt or something vertically at the end of the 1metre track this will ride on?.. Simple solution will be best.

The easiest way is to add a bolt/T-nut in the slot that is tall enough to bump into the carriage.
