Does any one knows any vendor/company manufacturing low power CO2 lasers in the range of 10-20mW? my application is to use the laser in biomedical research and heating the skin surface in the range of 37-50 degree celsius. I look forward for the suggestions.

is there any reason you need the co2 laser wavelength? if not, i'd recommend using a laser diode. they're much smaller and easier to manage.
