Update 2;
Since I did not have a spare PC power supply, I ended up buying a more user friendly power supply. It wont require as much modding of the power supply to get it to work, versus the PC power supply, (which appears to require some extensive modding/development). I got it off of Amazon, using "12v 30amp power supply" as a search term, or a variation of that. It cost about $30.oo. Not exactly free, but at least it's done.
I also purchased a common house hold wall light switch (rated @ 20Amp) and some 12 gauge wire extension cord, which I will tie all in to create a master power switch for the unit.
I hope this post is helpful for some. Once I get it all wired up, I'll post some pictures if I think they will be worthwhile.
