I did have to braid mine (from reprapdiscount) for all of them to fit. I would have preferred to use shielded cable but there's no way I could push 3 such cables through the drilled holes and up the cavity. I had no issues with my endstop cables but that could be because I'm using simple microswitches.

It's best to twist each pair. It's almost as good to twist all four wires together. Braiding is good, but not as effective as twisting. Parallel wires very close to each other are about as good as braiding (e.g. ribbon cables). Loose wires are by far the worst.

Limit switches become fairly immune to noise if fitted with stiff pull-up resistors (say, 470 ohm). Even better is a limit switch NC to VCC and NO to GND, inputting into a Schmitt trigger.
