Spool Holder

Still working out the kinks in this but it's coming along... currently printing out new top-brackets as the ones pictured are a bit too narrow. It uses 20x10x150mm extrusions (or two 10x10x150 MicroRAX side by side) with printed end pieces.

Excuse the mess.

The spool is riding on my ProtoParadigm spool wheels (http://goo.gl/kXJ2V). The rubber band is on there to give a little friction since otherwise the bearings let the spool unwind on its own. I'm working on a more elegant solution to that.

I was nervous about having so much mass up high like that but so far it seems perfectly stable. It frees up a lot of desk space and simplifies the routing so I think it'll be a keeper.
