So, it looks like even if ABS is a recyclable product, it should not be recycled in filament products, as it seems to be difficult to extrude. I guess (hope) it is OK for injection process...

Yes. He was talking about injection moulding which was his field. He has no experience of 3D printing or filament.

I wonder if it is possible to specify virgin ABS filament ? Filament made from ABS pellets straight off the plant with no recycled material mixed in. Formulated specifically for 3D printers. Maybe at a premium.

I think 'natural' ABS is good, has they can't add much old stuff in it: it would be visible!

It must have something to do with the quality of the filament you’re using. Why don’t you try 3d2print.net filament supplies? I’ve been using their filaments for 11 months now and I haven’t experienced any issue like yours.

Is 11 months ago when you opened the company or when you started working in the marketing department there?
