I hope this post hasn't already been covered. I did a search on the forum but I didn't see anything. Anyway, I have been interested by all the different variations I have seen of the Ord Bot on this forum as well as Thingiverse. I would love to see what other people have done with their Ord Bots to make them their own. So post a pic of your Bot and tell everyone else why its the best. I will start.

Ord Bot from Automation Technologies.
Z-Axis from Trinity Labs Pacific Leadscrew
Azteeg X3 Controller from QUBD Store (Pancutt) 1/32 microstepping
J-Head Hot End from Hotends.Com
All Aluminum Extruder from Micron EME (Ebay)
24V Power Supply
Custom Parts: Fan Mount, Feet, Y-Axis Tensioner, X-Axis Tensioner, Anti-Z-Wobble, Spool Holder, Heated bed Glass Clips, 50mm spool bearing, Z Height Adjust
Community Developed Parts - Ord Bot Handle (Thingiverse), Z-Axis Rod Supports (Thingiverse)\

What do the Z lead screw "supports" do?

Honestly probably nothing but they are meant to keep the rods aligned and straight and hopefully help reduce banding.

How's the EME extruder? I like'd to get one but the price has always scared me off. They look really sweet. I've ordered a 27:1 Nema 11 off Phidgets.com though and I'm designing an extruder around it using a previous design.

It is by far the best purchase I have made for my printer so far. It has rock solid performance and is great quality.

My Ordbot Hadron
2 1/2 years in the making (and mega frustration)
Highly modified and home to 6 different hotends,
currently E3D v2 hotend on SeemeCNC ezstruder
(that is cpu cooler and fan on extruder motor)

Mega2560 RAMPS1.4 , LCD controller , 40 amp power supply in the blue box
everything swings out, in drawer in back

Extra control on front dims the LED lighting

All idler mounts and motor mounts replaced with stronger printed items,
Newer better Z-axis leadscrew nut mounts

Nice looking bots. I already have a thread dedicated to mine, by I won't pass up a another chance to show off my counterbalanced, belt driven z-axis.

Advantages of belt driven Z-axis: Fast response for max z endstop homing
Better suited for autoleveling (in my opinion)
Zero z-wobble
No need for lubrication and less noise as a result.

Currently using a PG35l driven extruder (super light) with J-head, but now moving to a geared Nema 11. Trying to stay true to a lightweight extruder configuration
