Capacitor C3-C5 3x Laser interface PCB

I've a doubt about the Bill of materials of 3x laser interface PCB.

The item: C3-C5 220uF 25V Electrolytic Cap Panasonic ECE-A1AKA221

Does any one know if it is really 25V ? Because the code ECE-A1AKA221 is related to 10V capacitors...

The voltage rating on capacitors is a maximum value. So if the board is operating at 10V just make sure your capacitors have a value greater than 10V, so 25V caps are fine.
