Nice!

What are the specifics and source for the LED?

I'm also interested in what leds you're using.

Flurin's a fun one to watch on Thingiverse.

I purchased this LED Strip in my country:

FLEXIBLE LED STRIP - COLD WHITE - 300 LEDs - 16.40 Ft - 12V

Width: 10.15 mm
The LED Strip is connected to the 12VDC Power Supply.

Very classy! My ghetto version is just to slide the strip directly into the bottom slot of the MakerSlide. It fits pretty nicely and stays out of the way, but doesn't have the adjustable angle feature.

First I had a similar solution but I didn't like the shadow of the Extruder Carriage. This way the LED Strip is 30mm lower.

NGhobbies in Canada has LED strips as well and he ships all over the world.

Pretty cheap. $4.45 for a 10cm strip.
