This one is really nice because it moves the screw over the switch plunger rather than using the lever, which reduces play.

Or this http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:44193 as an alternative. I like to adjust the Z-Axis end stop without tools. Using the Z-Switch-Plate you can adjust the level place.

Note: I only use min end stops. The risk to damage your Hadron is low, using the latest Hadron design or this mod http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42260 will put an end to bed crashes.

Yeah, so turns out I'll have to go back to sourcing an extruder from somewhere else, after I found out that the cost of my order was more then doubled by shipping from maker geeks. What was a $170 order turned into $350 after shipping! No thanks, lol. Anybody help me with what sorts of nuts, bolts, washers, and springs I need to assemble and fasten this to my printer?

PS - I'm getting 3 bearings and a hobbed bolt with the extruder.

Never mind, I was finally able to dig this list of materials up:

http://www.lulzbot.com/?q=products/greg ... d-extruder

As well as these assembly instructions:

http://www.plastibot.com/wp-content/upl ... truder.pdf
http://reprapkit.com/wiki/index.php?tit ... e_extruder

I think that'll give me what I need to assemble it :-)

PS - another roadblock: hotbeds.com is out of stock on 0.35mm x 1.75mm J-Heads, any other reliable sources for that J-Head?

I think Ultibots resells the hotends.com j-heads: http://www.ultibots.com/j-head-mk-v-bv- ... -filament/

An alternative is the E3D, but I've only got a few hours use on mine so far. So far so good: http://e3d-online.com/ourshop/prod_2781 ... usion.html

Yup, you were right, just placed my order. Also ordered the extruder, controller, stepper drivers, extruder motor, and limit switches. Trying to source out some local stores that sell all the bolts, washers, nuts, and springs I need to assemble the extruder.

Because of shipping ... I was surprised that the Maker Geeks stuff was so expensive to ship. Figured you probably weren't local.
