I am using 1.75mm filament.
I agree it works as I printed a dozen times without. I was worried that something wasn't properly configures, like E calibration or temperature sensor and that was causing the filament slips.
It obviously can be caused by a low quality hot-end and low quality filament.
I am convinced my printer is calibrated properly, because when it succeeds it is a perfect print and it never happens with ABS.
It is becoming clear that either the Ezstruder or my hot-end (or the combination of both) aren't very forgiving with poor PLA.
In addition, I can't guarantee the quality of the filament and I will eventually have to deal with it again.
Having that said, I guess I have no other option, besides replacing it by a stronger motor or an extruder with a gear box.
Does that make sense?
Do you guys recommend another option?
