DSP questions laser fires on power off

Postby J45on » Sat Sep 10, 2011 8:14 pm

My 2.x laser with DSP fires the laser on power down i.e : I switch the laser off at the mains and as it powers down the laser lets out its last "PEW" ( yes it makes that noise :-)
Is this normal ?

And has anybody figured out how to trigger air assist and extraction from the DSP ?

That is not normal. Are you using TTL High as the trigger?

Thank you Bart fixed now :D
I had it wired up with TTL low.
Going back through my paper work I have two diagrams one from lightobject and one from thunder laser
The lightobject one showed a TTL low hook up.
