would it be feasible to make/publish an exploded view of the 2.x from many different angles?

I gotta 2nd this request (though it probably should have been posted in the 2.x Laser Support forum). I am finding assembly difficult, because I cannot see exactly what parts are where. I find myself wondering if there should be a washer in one place or what part I use where. Having exploded views of the gantry brackets, limit switches, motion parts.. etc would help.

All you need is the 3d files, email and he will send them to you. Then you can fly around at every angle in and out of the machine and see where everything goes easily. If you donlt have 3d softwae just use a trial of Inventor or Rhino.

Many of the lower level assemblies have exploded views. It gets more difficult to make a meaningful exploded view the more parts you have. You need to start exploding in many directions, then it stops being so useful.

The best bet is to get a step file viewer.
