Correct. The pulley has. 7.5mm hole. And the mounts are nema23 so I needed a nema 23 with a 7.5mm shaft.

Making my own T-Slot Nuts. I don't have any 5mm bolts or nuts around, but I have a lot of 10-32 so I will be making my own L brackets and T-Slot nuts.

Cost has put this on the back burner. I am waiting for my 3d printer to arrive and try to make some t slot parts to encase my laser. But I still need to get 1500 dollars together for the controller, power supply, and laser tube.
