sswarts...you have any issues. what kind of speed are you getting I used that script to enlarge it. Would you be willing to share pics...

I think you found my buildlog for pictures. I'm not sure how to answer your speed question. Speed is really about the material you are cutting and the wattage of the tube, PPI, etc. The biggest challenge I had with going larger is staying square and optics alignment.

ok is this similar to what you got just gonna order the extrusion and see but trying to go 20mm or actually 1 inch...

Not sure I understand your question. HFS5-2020 is already a 20x20mm extrusion (exception of two 20x40 pieces in the frame).

Sorry what I meant was did you use metric 20x20 or did you go standard 25.4x25.4... theres 5.4 mm difference in conversion from metric to standard which is a difference of .213 inches... sorry I'm a Machinist so I'm alittle knit picky figure going standard the extra .213 would help with the frame being rigid..
