James Henwood made an aluminum nozzle for my 2.x laser.
He can make them with or without the tapped holes.
I opted for no tapped holes and did those myself.

If I were designing my own nozzle I think I'd do it differently. You want it as light as possible, and since it's mostly solid anyway I think I'd just put a tube on a collar.
