Assembly Documentation

Ideally the official documentation is the drawings and the Google document leads you through those. I don't want to duplicate information between them because they will quickly get out of sync. The drawings are ideal because they are easy to stay in sync with my CAD design.

With that said, pictures are helpful to a lot of people. I don't want to overload the Google document with too many pictures. I am working on an alternative like a Flickr pool for each step. Each step could be linked to a Flickr page with as many user contributed photos as we like. You would still be able to follow a simple uncluttered procedure, but have access to dozens of photos.

I need to get up to speed on Flickr capabilities first.
