Does inventables combine shipments?

I received my makerslide, but no v-wheels. I'm hoping to find out from someone whether theirs arrived in two packages, or one. Inventables is showing that they both shipped in the same package (they did not). I just thought I'd double-check before getting frustrated

There was a smaller box inside my large box that contained the maker slide. Check again. If its not there call inventables.

My Inventables order of 2 Meter Makerslide, v-wheels, and other Makerslide compatable parts came in late last week.
Just opened it to check; all parts were included.
The Makerslide extrusions (new type), look like they survived without any dings.

Note: the ShapeOko mechanical kit ($199) I ordered was not in the package.
Just examined the details and realized it does not include the steppers.

As @ daveczrn mentioned, the other parts came in a smaller box (4x4x9") nested inside the longer box.

Same here, other items I ordered were included with the makerslide.

Bummer. Thanks for the responses. Definitely not there, and I ordered quite a few wheels. I'm hoping they can figure it out because the shipping weight should be a little less than expected.

This is how mine arrived. Did have a ding on one of the rails - will work around it.

Hi everyone, this is Zach from Inventables. For orders that were placed BEFORE the cut off date we did combine accessories and MakerSlide orders. If you ordered a Shapeoko that had to go into a different box because:

1. It would not fit in a MakerSlide box
2. They didn't start shipping until today...details here http://inventables.blogspot.com/2012/06 ... pdate.html

If you didn't get your accessories there are two possibilities:
1. We made a mistake with your order
2. It was placed after the cut off and you'll be getting it in a second shipment

To get it fixed up please email help@inventables.com with your order #.

If your rails came damaged send us a picture and we will replace them free of charge.
