The profile is so complex I cannot put all the dimensions on it. Here are few more, but it might be easier to download a free CAD program like DraftSight and add the dimensions as you need them.

20x40 Makerslide profile

Postby quadmasta » Mon Jun 27, 2011 2:40 am

Thanks for the tip, Bart. That program will be really useful. I've modeled the makerslide in sketchup (it can't do radii that well so I only did a few of those) and I also modeled the Misumi corner brackets. This should be good enough to get some people going modeling things to do with their makerslide.

DWG or DXF for wheels?

Postby quadmasta » Mon Jun 27, 2011 9:37 pm

Bart, can I get a DXF or DWG of the wheels? I can't find a converter that'll run on a mac to go from stp to either format.

Thanks!

Dual Wheel DXF

Postby bdring » Mon Jun 27, 2011 10:11 pm

I added the files you need. STP is 3D and DXF is 2D so there is no translator.
