I don't recall seeing anything from you on this, but I get about 90-150 email a day. Please send the email to bdring AT buildlog.net. I had a lot of people defer their orders and are now requesting pieces. Kickstarter people still get their stuff before any web orders and it is always in stock for them.

How much delay will that add to non kickstater peoples orders? I ordered some makerslider on the 13th

How do you plan to attach an extruder? I'm working on a makerslide design where the gantry is oriented like the laser cutter ("flat").

This is the current layout. I will have the extruder bracket tomorrow. It is 1/8 aluminum so it will be very stiff. Eventually it will at least work for the MakerGear Stepper Plastruder and the MK7.

I now have full motion, extruder and heaters working. The motion is smooth and fast. I just need the L bracket to move ahead. The Z couplers are getting replaced with solid ones because I don't want the Z to be springy.

I'm working on the idea of a MakerBot compatible plate much like the current laser X carriage. This would mount either one central extruder or two offset symmetrically.

The stock MBI barrel will not reach past the extrusion, though.

I was looking at adapting the MakerGear barrel for similar mounting, but now that I've put in the new dual-bearing V wheels I see the plate rides much higher over the MakerSlide than I expected. I almost need to use it inverted.
