The CAD source files for Quantum and Hadron have been updated and uploaded. They are in STEP format. All 'real' 3D CAD programs should be able to load them. There are also STEP file viewers. The only recent changes are hardware cleanup type changes.

A nice and free CAD/3D modeler is FreeCAD.

No fancy renderings with FreeCAD, but here are some stereo views of the Hadron, using the step file posted above, using FreeCAD:
