Gantry Spacer question

Having finally (your first-born child takes a *lot* of your spare time
) got around to building my Hadron ord-bot kit, I only got as far as the gantry assembly before hitting a wall ... On the drawing (http://www.buildlog.net/documents/d30052_rev_2.pdf) it says the inner V wheels [part #8] on each carriage plate ought to have a SPACER_192_375_250 between them and the carriage plate (part #24) if I'm reading it right. There aren't any of those in my kit-of-parts 
However, on looking at the Hadron BOM (http://www.buildlog.net/cnc_laser/erp/i ... tNo=D30060), I can't see those spacers listed, either on the bill-of-materials or the shopping list.
So, which one is correct ? And if it's the BOM, what spacers are we supposed to use on the V-wheels ?
