I just all the parts i needed for really cheap. Come to find out, this is the biggest Mechanical Components Company in the World and they have a location in Chicago that ships stuff out to you in 3 days or less. No cutting charges or minimum orders required. The companies name is Misumi USA.
There might be good deals there, but it sure is hard to see from visiting the site. No prices are listed and it looks very complicated to create a part number to ask for a quote. It is among the worst sites I have seen from a "useability" standpoint. Sorry to be critical, but you should have your web designer take notes from McMaster-Carr for good website design. All categories use a parametric drill-down to the final item and prices are shown online.
I use a lot of 80/20 and Unistrut at work, so I was a tough convert to Misumi. The initial selling point for me was the small radius on the corner. The V Rail does not register well on the other guys extrusions. I suggest ordering the Misumi catalog. It is huge and just browsing through it gives you good ideas. I found the slot covers that way and use them to hide my wires. .

Ahhh! My mistake! But of course it was an easy mistake. The "OPEN" button is greyed out. I assumed this indicated a dead link and didn't even try to push it. They should at least change the un-hover color of that button.
