It's late, so I'm sure I'm missing something - but what's the nozzle orifice size?

Good point -- no idea. I got one for 3mm filament, but the nozzle size was not a choice, so I never even thought of that.

This http://prusanozzle.org/ looks interesting, but at 70 Euros / $93 I wonder if it makes sense over the tried and proven J-Head.

I'll let someone else play with it. I've still got buyers remorse over the QU-BDs. Heck, if I could unwrap some spare time, I should go sit in front on my lathe and turn one myself! :P
