Slic3r 0.9.9

Has anyone compiled 0.9.9 for windows? It is not available pre-compiled on the Web site and I don't have time to get all the perl stuff to compile it. I want to try a new feature on my delta.

Yeah, but only under Citrus, so I'm not sure it's actually portable. Thinking about it, I should be able to compile a W64 executable, but I've not tried it yet.

FYI - 0.9.9's got some really ugly infill problems that were not resolved as of last week. I got an email from Alex on Monday telling me he'd closed the issue and fixed the problem but I've not re-download and tested...

There is a new feature to avoid crossing perimeters that might help some delta prints. If you can compile it, that would be great.
